This temple is two thousand years old. Generally, in all temples – as far as the Navagrahas are concerned – each planet faces a different direction. But in the Vaitheeswaran temple, all the planets stand in the same order. This is a speciality that cannot be found in any other temple.
It is believed that the Vaitheeswaran Temple Navagrahas cure the diseases and ailments of the devotees by bowing to the command of the Lord. Also, it stands for Mars. Therefore, this temple is considered to be special for getting rid of health and marriage obstacles.

Thiruvalundhur(Theradundur)
This is the place where Moolavara Devathiraja (standing facing east), Utsavara Amaruvyappan and Goddess Sengamalavalli thaiyar this is place where they shower the blessing.

ThiruParimala Ranganathar_Thiruindalur
This temple is the 26th shrine among the 108 Vaishnava temples, which has special significance for the Ekadasi fast. Moolavar Parimala Ranganathar along with Goddess Parimala Ranganayaki are showering their blessing here.

ThiruSirupuliyurPerumal
Perumal, who is enshrined in Srirangam, is enshrined in a small form like a palagan in this temple. Perumal has blessed Sage Kanva, Vyagrapadar, Patanjali (Adhisation) in this temple. It is believed that Surya, Sage Durvasa and ManavalaMamuni have worshiped at this place.

Thirukkazhichirama Vinnakaram
Legend has it that when Perumal raised one foot above his head in the TrivikramaKolam, Goddess supported him, suspecting that his foot would be injured.. It is believed that women who see this goddess are very loving towards their husbands.
As Thirumangaiyazvar won the eventful contest between Thirumangaiyazvar and Thirunnasammandar and this shrine was given by Tirunnasambandar in appreciation of him. Another special feature of this place, is that the devotees will have only once in a year to have darshan of UtsavarTadalan perumal on VaikundaEkadasi.

It is only in this temple that Perumal himself helped to build his temple.
Lord Rama stayed in the hut of a sage named Tirunetra in this temple to pray for his removal of Brahmahati Dosha while killing the demon Ravanan. As per Tavamuni, Lord Rama performed penance for four days by making a cow made of gold, Then donating the gold cow to Kasyapan who lived in poverty He was also an Antananar
( person belongs to brahmin community) The history of this temple says that it got its name as SembonSey temple because this temple was built with that gold given to kasyapan by lord Rama . This place is the 12th Divyadesa among 108 Tirupatis.

Thirukkavalambadi (Thirunangur)
It is the 28th shrine among the 108 Vaishnava temples and as heart liked by Thirumal himself , he has Pallikonda kolam( lying down in a relaxed mood ) in the shrine. Another special feature of this is the Mangai Mutt, incarnated by Thirumangai Yazhwar, one of the most important Azhwars.Gopala Krishna is the source. Also known as Rajagopalan. Mother Rukmini blesses the Thirukolam standing with Satyabama.

ThiruArimeyaVinnakaram
Devotee come here to pray for a fulfilling life, to get rid of enemies, free from troubles and debt problems. After the prayers are completed, the devotees anoint the Swami with oil and complete their prayers.It is the 29th temple among the 108 DivyaDesams which have received the Mangalasasana of Perumal.

Devotee belief is prayer here to Purushottama Perumal here will remove delay in marriages & child birth, blessing for good growth in education. When the prayers are fulfilled, they perform hydration ceremony (Thirumanjanam) & offer clothes to god and worship. One of the special features of this place is that algae does not accumulate in the theertha. It is the 30th shrine among the 108 DivyaDesams.

Thiruvaikunda Vinnakaram
It is considered to be the equivalent of Parampadam because it blesses for the devotees at this place just as Thirumal is shown to the deities at Vaikundam. Perumal seen here with conch and wheels is another blessing.
Devotees come here and prayed to Perumal to get rid of family problems, for children to have a successful future, for physical health and not to be affected by Evil eye & Negative impact (Kann Trishti, Billi, Soomiya ), hoping that they would definitely get the expected results. After the prayer is completed, they perform hydration ceremony (Thirumanjanam) to Perumal, Tulsi garland and offer new clothes. It is the 33rd divine land.

Thirumanimadam_Narayana Perumal
On all days of the year, the sun shines on the moolava of this temple in the morning. It is very rare. Therefore, Swami always shines like a Nanda (unextinguishable) lamp and gives light to devotees by dispelling the darkness of ignorance. Therefore, worshiping Perumal here in the morning is believed to bring great benefits.Devotees come here to worship to get rid of evils and get the benefits of Raja Yoga. It is considered as the 32nd divine land.

Thiruthevanartthogai
This town is also called Kielchalai. It is believed that Lord Vishnu married Maha Lakshmi here, who emerged from the ocean. The place came to be known as Thiruthevanartthogai because the Devas gathered in large numbers to witness their Thirukalyana scene. It is said that Vashishtha came here to visit Perumal. It is the 35th divine land.

Thiruthetriyambalam
This is the temple where Surya got rid of the curse. Among the 11 Perumals who came to Thirunangur, he is Srirangam Ranganatha himself. It is believed that worshiping him is equivalent to worshiping at Srirangam. It is believed that all health related problems will be solved if devotes visit this place and stay for one night to worship, to restore the loss due to karma, to get high position, to protect fame and pride from generation to generation, to get well those who are suffering from illness. It is revered as the 36th place among the divine lands.

Thirumanikkoodam
This is the place where the moon got rid of the curse. It is believed that if the curses caused by women are removed in the place, by visting this place one can get good deed by women unhindered, female babies can be saved, disabled women can have a good life, and unmarried women can get legally married, if they perform the necessary rites, the problems will be solved. It is hailed as the 37th divine land.

Thiruvellakulam
It is called Annan Perumal Temple. This temple got this name because the Perumal here is known as the elder brother of Tirupati Eummalayan. It is a famous place of worship where many devotees perform Shashtyaptha, Bhimaratha Shanti and Satabhishekam This is the place where Devotees get rid of death fear among Vaishnava temples. As it is believed that Thiruvenkatathan, who rises in Tirupati, is the elder brother of Vellakula, it is also a tradition to pay the fine debt prayed to Tirupati here. Hence this place is also called Tenthirupathi. It is hailed as the 38th of the DivyaDesams.

Thiruparthanpalli
The purna states that Lord Krishna called Arjuna as Partha with lot of love. When Arjuna came to this place to quench his thirst, he called Krishna under the guidance of sage Agathya and quenched his thirst. It is also believed that Lord Krishna built a temple here at Agathiya's request.
It is called Parthanpalli because the temple was built for Partha. Arjuna also has a separate temple at this place. The history of temple (Thalapurana) says that Varuna did great penance towards Perumal and asked Perumal to show himself as Parthasarathy. It is revered as the 39th in the DivyaDesams.

Thalachangadu Naanmadiya Perumal Vishnu Temple
As Chandran is Suffered from Devguru's curse and Thakkan's curse, Chandran prayed to Thirumal to bless him. According to the almighty instruction to Chandra, he visited Perumalum, Srirangam, Tiruindalur, Thalichangadu and worship there. Similarly, after visiting the first two places, he came to this place and bathed in the tirtha and had darshan of Swami and got rid of the curses.Perumal also showed his blessing as vision to Chandran, accepted him as crescent moon and Perumal graces here with the crescent moon on his head like Lord Shiva. It cannot be found anywhere else. It is revered as the 25th place among the DivyaDesams.
